Michael, Sr. is a seasoned general contractor and custom home builder who has led projects ranging from residential repairs and insurance claims to luxury custom homes and profitable property flips. As the owner of Creative Techniques, he has built a reputation for delivering quality work, cost-effective solutions, and unmatched attention to detail — the same standards that guide OptionPeriod.com today.

Melissa Reyes, co-founder and licensed real estate agent with SkyNet Properties LLC in Houston, Texas, combines her construction background with a passion for helping clients make informed real estate decisions. She has overseen construction sites, managed vendor and client relationships, and streamlined operations. Since earning her real estate license in 2015, she has helped countless clients maximize their buying power, negotiate stronger deals, and protect their investment from day one.

Our oldest son, Michael Reyes, is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and owner of SkyNet Properties LLC. A proud University of Houston graduate, Michael holds dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Accounting and Real Estate Finance, giving him the financial insight to structure deals that save clients money and create long-term value.

Our middle son, Michael Reyes, Jr., is also a Licensed Real Estate agent with SkyNet Properties LLC since 2018. A proud University of Houston graduate, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Technological Leadership and Innovation Management with a Minor in Supply Chain — a skill set that brings efficiency, innovation, and problem-solving to every transaction.

A proud Texas A&M graduate, Madison Reyes earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Business Administration in May 2025. With a strong foundation in strategic communication and business principles, she brings fresh perspectives and a results-driven approach to the team.
