OptionPeriod.com was founded by Michael Reyes, Sr., a general contractor and custom home builder with over 30 years experience. Melissa Reyes, wife of Michael, Sr. and co-founder of OptionPeriod.com is a licensed real estate agent with SkyNet Properties LLC in Houston, Texas.  Michael, Sr. is the owner and general contractor for Creative Techniques, a general contracting company specializing in all aspects of the construction industry, including residential repairs, insurance claims, custom home building, and assisting home investors in flipping residential properties. Melissa has worked alongside her husband in all aspects of their company; construction site management, customer and vendor relations and all office management. Melissa’s experience in the residential construction industry grew into a passion for real estate and accomplished her goal to become a licensed real estate agent. She has been an active agent since 2015. Michael and Melissa have 3 beautiful children, Michael Reyes (Mikey), Michael Reyes Jr. and Madison Reyes. We have proudly grown into a family owned and operated business. Oldest son Michael Reyes is a licensed real estate broker and owner of SkyNet Properties LLC. Michael graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelors in Accounting and a Bachelors in Real Estate Finance.

Middle son Michael Reyes, Jr. graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelors of Science in Technological Leadership and Innovation Management with a Minor in Supply Chain. Michael, Jr is also a licensed real estate agent since 2018 and is with SkyNet Properties LLC.

Youngest daughter Madison Reyes, having excelled in all aspects of her education and cheerleading, is continuing her education at Texas A&M University in College Station. She is expected to graduate in 2025 with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Communications.
